In the Beginning...
Having grown up on a farm, I spent endless hours immersed in nature - observing. I became a Naturalist.
I spent many years involved in adventure travel including trekking to Mount Everest Base Camp in the Himalayas and teaching scuba diving. I now combine my love of nature, years in Science with my diverse training in Transformational work.
My entire life people have said to me, " I know you are having a powerful & peaceful experience Tina. I want to spend time with you in nature. Can you help me experience this too? "

- OBSERVATION within & out / tune in with your camera, your ears to the birds and eyes to the forest floor and sink beneath your chattery mind...
- SOUND / Drumming, chanting and my vocalizations to support you to deepen into full expression...
- PLAY / bubbles, spontaneous dancing, blow up unicorns and more...it just depends on what you are looking to break free of...
- REST WITHIN SILENCE / hammocks, rocks that feel luxurious and a whole lot of naps ... this goes far beyond "Earthing"...
